1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

In Short:  Some information — When added as a Read & Analyze user in your Google Analytics, we will have access to the information collected through your website regarding website traffic.

According to the Google Analytics help site (link available here) Rumple “can see report and configuration data; can manipulate data within reports (e.g, filter a table, add a secondary dimension, create a segment); can create personal assets, and share them, and see shared assets. Cannot collaborate on shared assets.”

It is likely that we will only rely on the connection to your Google Analytics account and not need to physically login to do data collection. Manipulating data or creating personal assets is not something Rumple needs within your Google Analytics account.

§  Performance of a Contract: Where we have entered into a contract with your account manager, we may process your information to fulfill the terms of our contract.

§  Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena (including in response to public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements).
